About the role

  • Acting as the primary finance partner for the UK&I cost base, embedding yourself in daily operations
  • Providing high ‑ quality cost analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cost ‑ base planning activities
  • Delivering clear financial reporting and commentary for operational and functional teams
  • Evaluating investment decisions and commercial spend to support value creation
  • Building strong relationships across stakeholders and leading cost ‑ focused discussions
  • Driving a robust controls environment across UK&I

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualified, or at finalist level and actively progressing toward completion.
  • Solid management accounting experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influencing non ‑ finance colleagues
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
  • Strong communication skills and the skills to operate in a dynamic, matrix environment
  • Experience with SAP, OneStream or Power BI (desirable, not essential).
