About the role

  • Providing business partnering support to Enabling Functions, building strong relationships across leadership teams
  • Supporting strategic and operational decision-making with high-quality financial insight
  • Driving effective cost management and influencing stakeholders to deliver performance targets
  • Owning financial support for functional programmes, delivering rigorous analysis and evaluation
  • Producing clear, insightful financial reporting with recommendations and actions
  • Contributing to planning, budgeting and forecasting, translating objectives into robust financial plans
  • Championing best practice and continuous improvement across Finance.

Requirements

  • A recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide clear, actionable financial insight
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships within a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey key financial drivers effectively
  • Ability to influence decision-making and support leadership teams constructively
  • Experience with SAP, OneStream or similar finance systems (desirable)
