About the role
- Take ownership of a region within the UK to support business growth
- Work closely with Sales teams to provide solutions, particularly in Inventory and Procurement
- Coach the Account Management team in solution design and value proposition
- Collaborate with Sales leaders for quality customer discovery
- Support accelerating solution opportunities through the sales pipeline
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in consultative solutions-based sales
- Proven track record in driving sales growth
- Experience in the MRO businesses or similar industry
- Ability to coach and develop sales teams
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Continuous Improvement qualifications and / or experience is a plus.
- Experience in B2B environment such as industry, industrial distribution, logistics or business services sector is preferred.
- Strong background in value selling.
- Business process mapping and optimisation
- Capability in business planning and project management.
