About the role

  • Take ownership of a region within the UK to support business growth
  • Work closely with Sales teams to provide solutions, particularly in Inventory and Procurement
  • Coach the Account Management team in solution design and value proposition
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders for quality customer discovery
  • Support accelerating solution opportunities through the sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in consultative solutions-based sales
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth
  • Experience in the MRO businesses or similar industry
  • Ability to coach and develop sales teams
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Continuous Improvement qualifications and / or experience is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B environment such as industry, industrial distribution, logistics or business services sector is preferred.
  • Strong background in value selling.
  • Business process mapping and optimisation
  • Capability in business planning and project management.
