About the role

  • Drive sales growth by pursuing opportunities with both existing and new customers through proactive telesales and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted customers to promote RS products, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly revenue targets while maintaining and updating the customer database by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Gather market and competitive insights from customer feedback and share them with Sales Management.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth processes.
  • Submit accurate reports on time and support cross-functional teams to secure leads, drive acquisition, and deliver marketing programs.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience that leads to a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Requirements

  • Over 2 years’ experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or any Sales environment in Industry / MRO / Electronics preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Have commercial savvy and strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Native-level Japanese proficiency.
  • Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience in an International organization with good cultural awareness.
  • Understanding e-commerce solutions within a B2B environment.
  • Language: business-level English proficiency.
