About the role
- Drive sales growth by pursuing opportunities with both existing and new customers through proactive telesales and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted customers to promote RS products, campaigns, and promotions.
- Achieve daily and monthly revenue targets while maintaining and updating the customer database by identifying new business opportunities.
- Gather market and competitive insights from customer feedback and share them with Sales Management.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth processes.
- Submit accurate reports on time and support cross-functional teams to secure leads, drive acquisition, and deliver marketing programs.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience that leads to a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Requirements
- Over 2 years’ experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or any Sales environment in Industry / MRO / Electronics preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Have commercial savvy and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Language: Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience in an International organization with good cultural awareness.
- Understanding e-commerce solutions within a B2B environment.
- Language: business-level English proficiency.
