About the role
- Process and manage documentation related to employee life cycle events such as new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including preparing offer letters, contracts and conducting background checks.
- As the first point of contact for our employees, provide a timely response and resolution to a wide variety of HR related queries.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Actively contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of People systems, processes, content and procedures delivering more efficient services and cost improvements
Requirements
- Experience of HR related processes, policies, and procedures.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Obsessed with delivering for the customer and improving their experiences.
- Able to use initiative and collaborate effectively to seek out solutions.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc or other equivalent People systems is desirable.
