A major healthcare services provider is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be based at their facility in San Ysidro.
Location -San Ysidro, CA
Work Environment – Hybrid, 2 days onsite
Schedule - Mondays 7:30am – 3:30pm , Tuesday - Friday 8am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate - $25/hr - $29/hr
Contract Duration – 3 months
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with the Provider, TA Partners on all aspects of full, life-cycle recruiting for Licensed Medical Professionals (Physicians, Dentists, Advanced Practice Providers, and Behavioral Health Professionals)
Assists with scheduling interviews and site tours with candidates and Medical Leadership
Performs background checks, reference checks and schedules New Employee Health Screen
Assists candidates with onboarding documents and training
Schedules and facilitates New Provider Onboarding onsite
Emails HR, Credentialing and IT Team members notification of new hires to initiate pre hire activities
Keeps identified candidates and clinical leadership abreast of updates and/or barriers to onboarding in real time
Provides weekly onboarding status updates to candidates and Senior Talent Acquisition Partners
Processes Provider Reimbursement check requests for moving expenses and clinic tours
Prepares for meetings, agendas and keeps meeting minutes
Conducts surveys for evaluating candidate experience and analyzes feedback
Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
3 years prior experience in a fast paced, talent acquisition, human resources or administrative healthcare support setting
Experience supporting licensed professionals (i.e. Physicians, Psychiatrists, APPs, Dentists and Psychologists)
Must have excellent written, electronic and verbal communication skills
Adept at working fluidly with a diverse, highly educated population
Proficiency in creating presentations, training documents, reports, and analytical graphs
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, job posting sites and professional social media platforms
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Demonstrates a proactive approach to onboarding support, including identifying and escalating any issues that may delay a provider’s start date
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
