About the role
- Responsible for recruiting all positions within assigned business units for roles of various levels, which may also include special projects, high volume and emerging talent
- Driving the hiring process for assigned roles, working closely with hiring managers, HRBP and internal teams and escalating any roadblocks along the way
- Managing and prioritising multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates within established guidelines
- Deliver pipelines of talent for open roles, using a combination of passive candidate sourcing, networking and applicants from targeted source
- Works with hiring managers and HRBPs to review and understand the forecasted needs for talent acquisition
- Executes sourcing strategies and methods that align with both the short and long-term needs of the business
- Manages own workflow and complies with recruitment SOPs maintaining documentation as per company policies and processes
- Responsible for call screening and evaluating candidates using competency-based interviewing techniques and providing recommendations of best fit candidates to hiring managers
- Compiles metrics and prepares various reports that measure the effectiveness of recruiting and staffing processes, as well as sourcing strategies
- Use different sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter to attract and pipeline for high quality candidates
- Ensure a great candidate experience by following up with candidates in a timely fashion and providing transparency throughout the process
- Staying current with market trends and adjust recruiting approach accordingly
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years success within recruiting or human resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage candidates and managers of different backgrounds and culture
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with an HCM or ATS technology, preferably Success Factors, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work activities and execute multiple job requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to take initiative and use sound judgment and decision-making
- Knowledge of accepted human resource practices and all applicable laws governing employment and fair treatment of employees
- Proven ability to conduct interviews and assess talent
- Ability to understand and further the organisation’s business objectives and employee performance objectives
