About the role

  • Maintain effective communications with the Framework Director, Regional Commercial Manager, and Commercial Director
  • Be responsible for staff matters, such as recruitment, development, and retention issues
  • Provide commercial contact with supply chain partners
  • Ensure audits are carried out and feedback is provided to the business
  • Provide commercial input to contacts with clients
  • Manage the Project Commercial Managers to ensure monthly cost and value reports are produced
  • Support and input during negotiation of insurance claims

Requirements

  • An experienced Commercial Manager used to working with large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record ready for the next step up in your career
  • Joint Venture experience
  • Member of a Professional Institution or working towards application of the ICES, or similar
  • Open collaborative approach and willing to help and assist those around you
  • Educated to Degree level in a relevant Commercial, Construction or Project Management qualification (preferred but not essential)
