About the role

  • Manage bid submission dates and coordinate governance deadlines.
  • Support in the preparation of governance documents and manage contributors to meet timescales.
  • Co-ordinate, develop and maintain a high-quality bid content library using standardised formats and best practices.
  • Manage Procurement Portals and upload information and submissions on time.
  • Support the preparation of tender submissions including use of InDesign to produce tender submissions.
  • Support project research and pipeline management.
  • Support the interpretation of client documents and requirements, ensuring they are clearly reflected in our proposals.
  • Develop case studies and project examples to showcase BAM’s construction expertise and delivery excellence.
  • Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of bid process and submissions through review, feedback, and lessons learned.
  • General support of administration of the office as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the construction or built environment sector.
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Encourages financial awareness and value-driven thinking across bid processes.
  • Makes data-informed decisions to align submissions with client and business priorities.
  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and accountability in delivering outcomes.
