About the role
- Provides outstanding service to clients through the Site Solutions Hub
- Processes hire & sales transactions efficiently
- Answers calls and assists in the resolution of customer queries
- Prepares customer quotations and orders efficiently
- Develops good working knowledge of product range through training and continuous development
- Ensures prompt response to enquiries with agreed SLA
- Assists in the cross hire and purchasing of products
- Works closely with internal product managers to offer the best products to customers
- Manages shared inbox for customer queries, orders, and quotes
- Plans day effectively to complete all elements of the role
Requirements
- GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and good numeracy skills.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive approach to work, ability to use own initiative with confidence.
- Ability to complete a task first time with relevant support and training.
- Able to manage your time effectively so all workflows are addressed.
