About the role

  • Provides outstanding service to clients through the Site Solutions Hub
  • Processes hire & sales transactions efficiently
  • Answers calls and assists in the resolution of customer queries
  • Prepares customer quotations and orders efficiently
  • Develops good working knowledge of product range through training and continuous development
  • Ensures prompt response to enquiries with agreed SLA
  • Assists in the cross hire and purchasing of products
  • Works closely with internal product managers to offer the best products to customers
  • Manages shared inbox for customer queries, orders, and quotes
  • Plans day effectively to complete all elements of the role

Requirements

  • GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and good numeracy skills.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive approach to work, ability to use own initiative with confidence.
  • Ability to complete a task first time with relevant support and training.
  • Able to manage your time effectively so all workflows are addressed.
