About the role
- Support the Implementation of the BAM FM Quality Management System.
- Support internal audits against ISO 9001 and internal BAM quality processes.
- Support the Quality Manager with preparation for external audits, certification activities and evidence submissions.
- Monitor and report on audit non-conformances and improvement opportunities.
- Manage quality related documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control and traceability.
- Maintain evidence logs, audit records, test results, assurance documentation and compliance data, as required.
- Ensure documentation is stored, structured and accessible in line with BAM information governance requirements.
- Ensure procedures, and documents are on the correct Templates and are controlled and accessible.
- Maintain data integrity across SharePoint, trackers, logs and digital systems, as required.
- Collate, verify and report quality performance data (KPIs, SLAs, audit outcomes, NCRs, trends).
- Support the production of Reports, Dashboards, Data and insights.
- Support the Quality Manager with management review data.
- Supporting the administration of audits, corrective actions, document reviews, compliance and training tasks.
- Proactively chase outstanding actions, ensuring adherence to deadlines and BAM FM requirements.
- Liaise with operational and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of quality expectations.
- Act as Document Controller for quality documentation where needed.
- Support site teams to understand and follow quality procedures and record keeping expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen BAM’s quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in quality, audit, compliance or assurance.
- Quality qualifications.
- Awareness of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements
- Excellent organisational and documentation management skills.
- Strong digital capability (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, QMS or document control tools).
- Proficient in managing and navigating Microsoft SharePoint for documentation and information management.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel in/around the UK.
- Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in FM, construction, Manufacturing or technical operations. (Desirable)
- Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification to an ISO9001:2015. (Desirable)
- Experience managing documentation workflows and evidence systems. (Desirable)
- Good time management. (Desirable)
- An understanding of root cause analysis. (Desirable)
- Experience of creating BI Reports. (Desirable)
- Membership of Chartered Quality Institute. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001. (Desirable)
