About the role

  • Updating our CAFM and client operating system, ensuring all work orders are actioned.
  • Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks.
  • Proactively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.
  • Arranging contractor service visits and coordinating with clients.
  • Supporting other members of the help desk team as required.

Requirements

  • A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
