About the role
- Co-ordinate and manage all site based administrative duties
- Provide support to the Facilities Management team
- Log, dispatch and complete reactive & PPM tasks
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Daily monitoring of outstanding work
- Purchase order generation
- Assist with preparation of monthly client reports
- First point of contact for all stakeholders
- Reception duties
Requirements
- Good IT skills
- CAFM experience desirable
- Understands FM industry
- Organised and self-starter
- Strong attention to detail
