Product Manager

• Understand customer needs, optimize user journeys, conduct user and business research, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement, conversion, and retention at scale.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations to build seamless, intuitive, and impactful customer experiences.
• Assess, quantify, and prioritize new business opportunities that align with Rover long-term business goals.
• Track and assess pet industry trends that impact the company, competitors, and partners.
• Lead large cross-functional and business-critical projects that arise outside of product teams OKRs, including legal and compliance initiatives, strategic contract negotiations, and international growth enablers.
• Design and execute consumer research across Rover and non-Rover customer groups to identify product features.
• Identify and execute opportunities to increase the effectiveness of product pods delivery and impact.
• Enable product acceleration and agility and support product teams based in Barcelona and Seattle.

Product Manager – Generalist

Marketing

• Lead the comprehensive pet parent lifecycle strategy across acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Continuously refine and update messages across the customer journey to ensure relevance
• Collaborate on data strategy and scalable message deployment via Iterable
• Serve as the authority on the Pet Parent audience, working with analytics, operations, and consumer research
• Advise product, marketing, and operations on optimizing the Pet Parent customer experience
• Develop annual learning agendas and experiments
• Establish annual booking targets, monitor lifecycle channel reporting, and report campaign performance
• Create business briefs for new lifecycle strategy needs and manage project implementation with stakeholders
• Develop customer journey maps and collaborate with UX for cohesive experiences
• Liaise on Marketing product GTM plans with product and marketing stakeholders
• Partner with Lifecycle Operations and Programming to ensure timely campaign execution
• Performance manage and develop a small team of strategists and campaign operators
• Stay informed about new features, technology, and AI and manage OKRs quarterly
