Director

• Set and drive the strategy for how lifecycle contributes to significant growth outcomes across Rover’s four brands and 18 countries. Own the strategy for both pet parents and care providers.

Program Manager

• Spearhead programs (new product initiatives, technology solutions, CRM and Telephony infrastructure optimization, etc) that elevate customer satisfaction, reduce our cost-to-serve and improve our agents’ experience.
• Coordinate the execution of multiple cross-functional work streams to deliver a cohesive outcome. General Counsel

• You will serve as the primary legal partner for Rover’s strategic partnerships, working closely with Business Development, Procurement, and other stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and execute agreements that drive growth while managing risk.
• In this hands-on role, you will draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including master services agreements, SaaS agreements, promotion and co-marketing arrangements, data protection addenda, licenses, vendor contracts, and more.
• You will translate the complex legal compliance requirements governing e-commerce marketplaces into concise practical guidance for product teams, helping them design user flows and product functionalities that are clear, compliant, and trusted by customers.

Senior Counsel, Commercial and Product

• Legislative Advocacy: Monitor, analyze, and influence proposed legislation, regulations, or other policy affecting Rover and the community of pet lovers that use Rover’s online marketplace. You will represent Rover in meetings with government officials, policymakers, staff, and other key stakeholders, and you may participate in public hearings or stakeholder groups.
• Legal & Policy Analysis: Use legislative software, reports from consultants, and other information sources to identify and track relevant proposed laws. Analyze proposed legislation and regulations, identifying nuances that could affect Rover or the community of pet lovers. While this role will collaborate with Legal to analyze key legal issues, you should be comfortable reviewing legislation, forecasting potential impacts, and drafting proposed amendments to legislation.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain partnerships with government officials, regulatory agencies, industry trade associations, and other stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Rover’s Legal and other internal teams to gather, synthesize, and communicate information to support sound decision making and to ensure alignment between advocacy positions and operational obligations.
