Program Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Content Writer/Editors based across global locations.

Manager I, Content Program Management

Marketing Analyst

• Own the reporting, attribution, and analysis that guide how Rover grows customer lifetime value across our core marketplace and our newer brands.
• Join Rover's Barcelona Marketing Analytics team as a senior individual contributor partnering closely with Lifecycle Marketing (our CRM / retention function).
• Help drive more repeat bookings and lengthen LTV across both pet parents and sitters.
• Report to the Manager of Marketing Analytics and partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, and Analytics Engineering.
• Assist as we expand into multi-brand and international marketing.

Senior Marketing Analyst

Analyst

• Own experiments end-to-end. From scoping the hypothesis and picking the right measurement, to running the analysis, to writing up and socializing the result — including harder cross-channel and retargeting tests where the measurement isn't obvious.
• Advance our measurement framework. Lead incrementality work, stratified holdouts, and attribution-calibration refinement, and help figure out what comes next when our holdout strategy hits its limits.
• Scale how we test. Raise the bar on experimental design, sample-size rigor, and our testing cadence across marketing functions.
• Write SQL against large event-based datasets and pressure-test analytical approaches across the team.
• Root-cause the metrics, connecting experiment results to demand- and supply-side dynamics in a two-sided marketplace, and bring a clear narrative to decision-makers.

Senior Experimentation Analyst

• Assist with computing and reviewing the worldwide tax provision for quarterly and annual reporting
• Manage month-end close cadence for tax accruals and reserves
• Collaborate with external advisors to manage the preparation and review of Rover’s federal and state income tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filings of both corporate and partnership filings
• Own and enhance tax modeling and forecasting, including cash tax projections, ETR analysis, and scenario planning
• Assist in managing tax audits and controversy
• Support transfer pricing implementation and documentation
• Act as a strategic business partner by assisting with implementation of tax planning opportunities, process improvements, and risk minimization processes
• Monitor current and proposed US and foreign tax law changes to identify and assess impact on the organization

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Drive Rover annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling processes for customer bookings, revenue, and marketing expenses. Translate business strategy into financial plans and provide leadership with the analytical foundation to make high-quality resource and investment decisions.
• Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted financial partner to senior business leaders across the marketing organizations. Provide proactive financial insights that sharpen decision-making and improve business outcomes.
• Reporting and Performance Management: Prepare high impact materials for both internal and external financial reporting, including Board and investor materials. Ensure leadership has timely, accurate, and actionable visibility into business performance.
• Capital Allocation and Investment Analysis: Assist in financial evaluation of strategic investments, new market opportunities, and major business initiatives. Bring a clear point of view on where Rover should and should not deploy capital.

Business Analyst

• Partner with Fraud leadership to define the strategy for measuring program health, operational performance, and magnitude of Fraud’s impact on our business. This includes establishing comprehensive metrics, developing crisp reporting, and setting up monitoring rhythms.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of key Fraud metrics to identify emerging trends and opportunities which will inform deeper research and analytical efforts.
• Develop and improve tooling and models to more effectively identify emerging fraud attacks, empowering the Fraud team to take quicker, more effective action to mitigate fraud across Rover's platform.
• Develop and present crisp narratives resulting from analytics findings and investigations to senior Operations leaders, focusing on both identified problems and proposed solutions.
