About the role
- Responsible for preparation of timely quotes for customers and accurate entry of orders into the system including updates where required.
- Acts as primary point of contact for customers in obtaining Quote and order status, milestone tracking and any other required updates.
- Manages daily workload and prioritizes multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while interfacing with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Management).
Requirements
- Strong Customer Service experience with 3 years’ experience working with instrumentation in a relevant role and/or industry.
- Experience in using ERP and CRM Systems.
- Degree or Engineering/Technical Qualification (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging analytics for sales strategy development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to quickly learn & utilize business software and internal programs.
