  • Lead Generation & Outreach - Identify and engage potential clients using your network, LinkedIn, email, and cold-calling.\n
  • Client Relationship Building - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and business owners.\n
  • Sales Pipeline Management - Track leads, follow up on conversations, and keep opportunities moving.\n
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches - Clearly communicate the value of Rosie's People services to prospective clients.\n
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with our consultancy team to align sales strategies with client needs\n
  • Market & Industry Research - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client challenges to position our solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Ideal Candidates Must Have:\n
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (2+ years)\n
  • A strong professional network of HR leaders, business owners, or decision-makers\n
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills\n
  • A results-driven mindset - self-motivated and able to meet targets independently\n
  • Experience in HR, consulting, staffing, or recruitment services (preferred, but not required)\n
  • Ability to work autonomously without the need for constant oversight\n
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
