About the role

As a Data Scientist, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, applying advanced analytics to solve high-impact business problems.
Typical responsibilities include:
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends in large datasets
Design, model, and deploy datasets for continuous and reusable analysis
Design and execute statistical experiments, A/B tests, and hypothesis testing
Build predictive models using regression analysis, time series forecasting, and statistical techniques, and other predictive techniques
Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Partner with business teams to translate questions into analytical frameworks
Ensure data quality through validation, cleaning, and preprocessing
Provide recommendations based on statistical evidence and data analysis
Monitor and analyze key business metrics and identify significant changes or trends

3–6 years in data science, analytics, or related roles in SaaS/AI, startups, venture, or consulting (early-stage/high-growth preferred)
Statistical expertise: Strong background in regression, categorical data analysis, experimental design, and survey development
Machine learning & AI: Practical experience applying ML and/or LLMs for pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and business decision-making
Business acumen: Proven track record supporting Growth, Revenue, Sales, and product teams with high-quality data-driven insights that influence outcomes
Strong communicator: Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
Hands-on builder: Comfortable moving quickly in a startup environment, balancing quick wins with long-term scalable solutions
