About the role
- Own growth analytics and measurement for the Hospital side of the marketplace, including defining and evolving core growth objectives and success metrics.
- Lead growth analytics and experimentation across key levers such as acquisition, activation, liquidity, retention, quality, and monetization.
- Manage, hire, and mentor a team of growth analysts, setting clear priorities, supporting career development, and maintaining a high bar for analytical rigor and impact.
- Act as a hands-on contributor on complex analyses and experiments where judgment, depth, and clarity matter most.
- Translate analytical insights into clear execution direction for product and cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that enable teams and leadership to monitor progress, diagnose issues, and make informed decisions.
- Partner with the Go To Market team to identify opportunities for and measure the impact of growth and operational levers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth analytics, product analytics, data science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of people management experience, combined with a strong track record of remaining hands-on in analysis while coaching and developing analysts toward increasing ownership and impact.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and growth metrics, ideally from experience at a fast-growing marketplace or platform business.
- Expert-level SQL skills, with the ability to independently answer complex, ambiguous business questions using data.
- Comfort expressing business problems and tradeoffs through clear frameworks, metrics, and simple mathematical relationships.
- Proven experience running ad hoc analyses and experiments that lead to actionable insights and measurable impact.
- Strong judgment around prioritization, knowing when to go deep and when a directional answer is sufficient.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor depth and detail to the audience.
- Demonstrated leadership and emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners through credibility and clarity rather than authority.
- Bias toward ownership and outcomes. You take responsibility for results, not just analysis.
