About the role
- Drive execution of TS&C initiatives including compliance champion networks, standards and compliance council efficacy, and compliance roadmap development.
- Manage initiative dashboards, track progress, and report measurable deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to clarify roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain consensus based RASCI.
- Liaise with business units, product managers, and functional leaders to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Support the nomination and onboarding of compliance and standards champions to act as SPOCs (single points of contact).
- Coordinate communications across sourcing, sales, customer care, logistics, government affairs, and other stakeholders.
- Support revisions to Product Compliance and Certification policies and processes.
- Identify and address gaps in roles and responsibilities across transitioned or evolved functions.
- Develop and maintain RASCI matrices and swim lane diagrams.
- Maintain and update initiative playbooks with common tollgates and metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to establish access roles and support data analysis.
- Lead data request fulfillment.
- Maintain initiative dashboards with regular cadence of updates.
- Track wins, misses, and risk thresholds across programs.
- Contribute to the development of regional standards and regulatory roadmaps.
- Assess technical deficits and prioritize risk abatement based on financial and operational impact.
- Ensure programs operate within defined risk thresholds.
- Communicate changing risk profiles to appropriate leadership and councils.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years management experience
- Manage people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of an internal project into a finished state.
- Experience in planning and directing schedules as well as project budgets.
- Monitor the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal customer or department personnel.
- Organize project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
