About the role
- Work with distributors to collect required data and ensure validation to avoid discrepancies.
- Manage Point of Sale data through cleansing, extracting, and mapping according to established processes.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify gaps and resolve issues aligned with data requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to systems and processes to meet stakeholder needs.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 1–4 years of experience in data management and process improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM technology and database management.
- Familiarity or background in SAP CRM.
- Demonstrated analytical, process, and project management skills with problem-solving aptitude.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support or working with third-party vendors.
