Provides sales leadership and strategic direction for the assigned global enterprise account teams that are responsible for CPG large accounts.
Maximize growth and performance while achieving the global quota, and creating an inclusive environment that shapes leadership talent for future mobility and growth.
Develop, communicate and execute a three-to-five year global sales strategy.
Contribute to Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) strategy and guides global alignment.
Develop and nurture strategic executive level relationships with global customers, partners, and other regional growth influences.
Responsible for a set of Rockwell Automation's largest strategic customers which are in the CPG Industries.
Report to the Regional President, Global Industry Accounts and work a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Relevant Experience
Legal authorization to work in the US OR Canada is required.
Able to travel of 25%- domestically and internationally.
Minimum of 15 years of sales and sales leadership experience within automation with experience in product, services and solutions sales.
Product department experience
Prior leadership experience in enterprise software or cloud SAAS offerings
Experience working with geographically distributed teams to develop positioning, messaging and winning account strategies.
Experience influencing and indirectly leading adjacent teams.
Demonstrate a bias toward speed with a growth mindset.
Experience driving business outcomes, major customer relationship management, and leading global teams who are both direct and indirect reports.
