Represent the Organization: Serve as the voice of Solutions Consulting in executive forums, advocating for team priorities and ensuring alignment across global functions.
Elevate Technical Excellence: Ensure your organization consistently delivers world-class engagements from discovery through solution validation, that demonstrate the differentiated value of the Genesys portfolio.
Champion Market Insight: Provide actionable insights on customer trends, competitor movements, and industry evolution to inform product and strategy decisions.
Measure and Optimize: Use performance data to assess organizational health, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the SC organization.

Requirements
Residence in the Central United States (preferred for proximity to teams and markets).
10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or related executive leadership roles.
