About the role

  • Define Strategy and Vision: Set the strategic direction for the North America Solutions Consulting organization, ensuring alignment with Genesys’ corporate objectives and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Lead Leaders: Manage and develop a team of senior SC leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Drive Executive Partnership: Collaborate with Sales VPs, and senior cross-functional leaders to craft and execute regional growth strategies.
  • Represent the Organization: Serve as the voice of Solutions Consulting in executive forums, advocating for team priorities and ensuring alignment across global functions.
  • Elevate Technical Excellence: Ensure your organization consistently delivers world-class engagements from discovery through solution validation, that demonstrate the differentiated value of the Genesys portfolio.
  • Champion Market Insight: Provide actionable insights on customer trends, competitor movements, and industry evolution to inform product and strategy decisions.
  • Measure and Optimize: Use performance data to assess organizational health, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the SC organization.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Ensure the team remains at the forefront of technology innovation, with focus on AI and Customer Experience Orchestration.

Requirements

  • Residence in the Central United States (preferred for proximity to teams and markets).
  • 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or related executive leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing large, geographically distributed, multi-level teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise technology platforms and emerging digital experience solutions.
