Director of Lifecycle Marketing

Graphics Designer

• Report to the Creative Director and join Growth Marketing team focused on high-converting direct response advertising
• Conceptualize and design direct response advertising creative that drives conversions across paid social, display, OOH, and other digital channels
• Take ideas from ideation to polished, finished work and create multiple unique design directions and variations
• Develop clear, action-oriented visual hierarchies that guide users toward desired actions
• Collaborate daily with copywriters, video producers, editors, and media buyers to develop compelling campaigns
• Work closely with media buyers and strategists to understand performance data and optimize creative based on results
• Research and share emerging design trends, innovative ad concepts, and social creative strategies

SEO Marketing

• Manage GEO strategy across all owned web properties, optimizing for both traditional ranking factors and AI-driven query experiences
• Monitor and adapt to evolving SERP formats, AI answer boxes, and conversational search features across Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and other emerging engines
• Build frameworks for content optimization in the context of LLM consumption, including entity mapping, structured content, and semantic context building
• Partner with product, engineering, and content teams to implement scalable GEO tactics
• Track performance in generative search environments, including presence in AI summaries, references, and answer citations
• Educate internal stakeholders on the shifting landscapes of search, bridging traditional SEO with GEO and AEO best practices

Senior SEO/GEO Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Operate in a hybrid capacity with 2-3 days in a Rocket Money office closest to you (Silver Spring, New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Denver, or Phoenix).
• Spend approximately half of your time on LLM-driven work: crafting, refining, and evaluating prompts; designing and iterating RAG/data retrieval strategies; building prompt/response evaluation frameworks; and ensuring the quality and safety of model outputs.
• Spend the other half building and scaling backend services in TypeScript/Node (GraphQL, PostgreSQL/pgvector, AWS) to serve, secure, and monitor our AI-powered user experiences.
• Own features end-to-end: from technical design through implementation and infrastructure to monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teammates to transform user challenges into effective conversational solutions—rapidly iterating based on real-world feedback.
• Stay on top of the latest GenAI research, open-source tooling, and best practices—advocating and implementing relevant innovations.
• Contribute to team quality through code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentorship.
• Build the intelligence behind Rocket Money’s next-generation financial assistant.
