About the role
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive leadership pipeline strategy

Requirements
- A university degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive recruiting
- Expertise in leadership strategy and advising C-suite executives
- A track record of driving innovation in leadership development
- Expertise in using data, predictive analytics, and workforce planning technologies
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
