About the role

  • Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction
  • Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
  • Develop and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
  • Proactive and creative solve problems in managing customers’ complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
  • Coordinate with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
  • Work closely with the Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for the maximum customers’ satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Have Bachelor in Health/Science
  • Have 3 year multinational companies experience in Pharmaceutical/ Diagnostic/ Healthcare industrial sales
  • Have effective communication and interpersonal skill
  • Have creative problem solving and negotiation skill
  • Have customer complaint handling skill
