About the role
- Position the Clinical Molecular platforms to optimize retention of existing business
- Provide strategic leadership and direct management for the x800 family of platforms
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team of people leaders and product marketing managers
- Spearhead comprehensive marketing plans and launch programs
- Translate market insights into actionable operational and profit plans
- Track and report on the future portfolio pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or scientific or business related field
- 7 years of progressive marketing experience or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of marketing leadership experience
- Proven ability to motivate and influence in a positive manner and create a culture of inclusivity and performance
- Proven record of multi-tasking and ability to handle a high pressure environment with significant timeline pressures.
