About the role

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to establish and validate metrics for capturing the performance of digital experiences
  • Analyzing metrics related to website performance, engagement levels, and the success of email campaigns
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer, marketing, and web behavioral data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities
  • Creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track digital performance metrics across channels (email, website, and social media)
  • Suggesting enhancements and conducting A/B testing on the user experience by analyzing web traffic data, email campaign performance, etc.
  • Providing ad hoc analyses, insights, and recommendations to business partners on the tactic performance, engagement, and effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing and analytics teams) to define KPIs and optimize digital journeys
  • Developing a strong understanding of content strategy, SEO fundamentals, and digital campaign performance metrics
  • Serving as a trusted analytics partner to business teams, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance
  • Mentoring junior team members and training partners on analytics tools, tracking best practices, and reporting frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (computer science, engineering, or other technical disciplines)
  • 3-6 years of digital marketing technology experience, preferably in life sciences or healthcare
  • PG diploma/ certification in tools in digital analytics space is preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels – including email, website, social media, paid campaigns and other tactics
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling, website performance optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, traffic analysis, website/email performance optimization and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of email campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce, conversion) and ability to interpret these to derive actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), reporting & dashboarding in AEM
  • Experience or working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event and tag implementation
  • Proficiency in tools like Omnibug, Adobe Cloud Debugger, Adobe Launch, and Google Optimise
  • Exposure to web development with Adobe experience extensions is optional
  • Experience in advanced SQL and database topics including query optimization, performance tuning, partitioning, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, details-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in interacting with Senior Leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals
  • Life science industry experience is preferred.
