About the role
- Outbound prospecting and lead qualification — 50 calls per day;
- Generating new business opportunities to support Robotiq’s continued growth;
- Optimizing our sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., to gather and refine prospecting data;
- Partnering with sales and marketing team members to develop target profile lists, calling strategies, and key messaging;
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns to identify opportunities;
- Understanding the sales process and being able to overcome sales objections while focusing on how Robotiq can help potential customers succeed;
- Analyzing business needs, technical constraints, procurement processes, decision-making authorities, and timelines (BANT analysis) and demonstrating the value Robotiq can bring to their organization;
- Connecting qualified prospects with our sales team by scheduling follow-up meetings;
- Conducting post-sale follow-ups to identify potential repeat customers;
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads, call volume, qualification goals, and sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 'Hunter' profile (proactive, target-driven) required;
- Autonomy, strong time-management skills, high energy, perseverance, and results orientation;
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize daily activities;
- Strong motivation to achieve targets;
- Data-, process-, and detail-oriented;
- Professional attitude and ability to inspire confidence;
- Clear desire to learn and improve;
- Enthusiasm and creativity to inspire others;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
- Full professional proficiency in English required to serve the North American market;
- Functional knowledge of Spanish considered an asset.
