About the role
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, turnover, compensation, PTO usage, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal company policies.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with Finance and HR leadership to ensure timely and accurate information.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting logistics, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support hiring managers throughout the candidate evaluation process.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Lead new hire onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and internal processes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company-wide events.
- Support performance review cycles and help track employee development initiatives.
- Ensure internal documentation stays current, including policies, handbooks, and process guidelines.
- Assist with compliance audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory filings.
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure People Operations align with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or People Analytics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto, Deel) and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
