About the role
- Responsible for Robinhood’s crypto wallet, owning onboarding, sign-up and self-custody experiences
- Work with research, data science, engineering and design to understand newest customers and their needs
- Establish product vision and shared priorities across the team and company
- Work with communications, content and marketing to launch easy-to-understand products
- Improve sign-up process and self-custody experience to set customers up for success
- Roll out the red carpet for every new customer, focusing on first day, first week, and first month experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products
- Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
- Past experience working with design and UXR in previous roles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Motivated to self-starter
- (Nice to have) Past experience in fintech or trading
- In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
- Based in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA offices
