About the role
- Own reconciliation frameworks across internal ledgers, external bank data, and partner systems
- Lead all aspects of daily cash settlements via ACH, wires, and other payment rails
- Ensure general ledger aligns with partner data and banking activity across multiple rapidly scaling transaction flows
- Partner with Compliance, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Operations to maintain detailed and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, document, and implement treasury support for new payment flows
- Strengthen controls, reduce friction, and scale treasury operations to maintain customer trust and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation across payment systems like ACH, wire, and card networks
- 3 - 5+ years experience owning end-to-end treasury or payment operations processes, especially in fast-paced or regulated settings
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) comfortable building custom workbooks and uncovering insights from large datasets
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with Product, Engineering, and Finance partners
