About the role
- Integrated into core agile teams and work alongside Enova's engineers
- Participate in a 10-week internship and partake in the full software development lifecycle
- Work on business initiatives that bring value to Enova's consumers
- Begin with an intensive boot camp program and receive training in Ruby, Rails, GoLang, and other technologies
- Work on high-visibility projects and present summer project(s) at program conclusion
- Network with other interns through in-person or virtual outings, lunches, and events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with non-technical team members and contribute to full-stack engineering tasks
Requirements
- Graduating Between: December 2026 - June 2027
- Local to the Chicagoland area or willing to relocate
- Are pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Bring a passion for crafting exceptional code, using open source technologies, and continuous learning
- Have experience with object oriented programming languages
- Are able to collaborate with non-technical team members about progress, challenges, or new ideas
- Eligible to work in the United States (company is not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship)
- Must be able to work in the Chicago office 3 days per week (internship is hybrid)
