About the role
- Own the commercial strategy for the Technology vertical, including market positioning, service offerings, and revenue targets.
- Build, develop, and lead a team of consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment across permanent, contract, and executive search mandates.
- Drive new business development and expand strategic accounts through strong advisory relationships with technology leaders.
- Win high-value engagements and oversee excellence in full-cycle delivery.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and profitability for the practice.
- Develop team capability through coaching, performance management, and best‑in‑class recruitment methodologies.
- Function as a senior brand ambassador within the Technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Technology
- A proven track record of running a profitable 360° desk and leading a successful team.
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition, client growth, and securing retained or senior-level engagements.
- Strong commercial acumen, confident negotiation skills, and a consultative approach
- Executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with CTOs, CIOs, engineering leaders, and senior HR executives.
- Experience coaching and developing consultants at all levels.
- Passion for Technology and a clear understanding of the evolving talent landscape.
