About the role

  • Develop and grow your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions
  • Market via video, telephone, conduct in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and decision makers
  • Participate in local association and networking events
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
  • Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals
  • Resolve customer service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in an IT-related field is preferred
  • Strong desire to build a career in business development
  • Proven closing skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Combination of business development and account management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Must have a proven track record of success
  • Competitive and self-motivated individual
