About the role
- Generate net-new creative ideas and build a UGC-based creative testing roadmap for our SDF businesses (sexual health, dermatology, fertility) based on performance insights, best practices, social trends.
- Source and manage high-performing creators/partners end-to-end to produce paid social assets (storyboarding → briefing → negotiating → feedback → delivery). Build a repeatable pipeline/system.
- Understand performance marketing and measurement (think: user acquisition, CAC, creative velocity for ads on Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, and more) to identify patterns and use data to create a tight feedback loop (performance → insight → new briefs)
- Coordinate internal flows from idea to launch. Work with brand designers, product marketing, legal, and growth to ship a high velocity of on brand, high performing creative.
- Independently manage day-to-day execution and drive process optimization, making data-driven decisions in partnership with a channel lead on higher-impact strategic shifts.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, UGC, influencer marketing, or related roles, ideally at a high growth consumer business (in house experience preferred).
- Command of performance/growth marketing fundamentals and analysis (paid social creative, growth marketing metrics, test and learn) and experience with accountability for outcomes
- Deep understanding of social platforms, creator content, and great creative judgment for performance UGC (scripts/hooks/CTAs; gives direct, actionable feedback).
- Strong writing skills, especially when it comes to creative briefs and external communication with creators and partners.
- Operationally strong (process building, project management, clear briefs, tight timelines) and highly organized.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation; comfortable partnering and influencing cross-functionally.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a track record of applying feedback to improve performance
- Ability to independently own a body of work end-to-end, setting priorities, making day-to-day decisions, and driving execution with minimal oversight while aligning on higher-level strategy.
