About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Lead and implement innovative recruitment strategies and develop targeted outreach plans
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to proactively build talent pipelines and champion diversity-focused sourcing strategies
- Engage and build relationships with stakeholders across the Tech org, including VP+ and C-suite; provide consultative guidance
- Work collaboratively with People and Talent teams and mentor junior team members while operating as an individual contributor
- Design and own structured, competency-based interview practices and refine processes to optimize candidate experience
- Analyze recruiting metrics (pipeline and sourcing conversion rates) to identify roadblocks and develop strategic solutions
- Immerse in Tech culture by attending tech on-sites, engaging in technical discussions, and building authentic relationships
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Subject-matter expertise in Software Engineering, Mobile (iOS), Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity
- Experience scaling startups or high-growth companies with evolving processes
- Proven ability to partner with, guide, and coach hiring managers, interviewers, and senior leadership (VP+ and C-suite)
- Expert-level sourcing capabilities using Boolean search, AI-driven approaches, and niche platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of structured, competency-based interview processes and recruitment process optimization
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruiting process
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Based near Ro HQ NYC with willingness to come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
