About the role

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles from job requisition to offer acceptance
Lead and implement innovative recruitment strategies and develop targeted outreach plans
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to proactively build talent pipelines and champion diversity-focused sourcing strategies
Engage and build relationships with stakeholders across the Tech org, including VP+ and C-suite; provide consultative guidance
Work collaboratively with People and Talent teams and mentor junior team members while operating as an individual contributor
Design and own structured, competency-based interview practices and refine processes to optimize candidate experience
Analyze recruiting metrics (pipeline and sourcing conversion rates) to identify roadblocks and develop strategic solutions
Immerse in Tech culture by attending tech on-sites, engaging in technical discussions, and building authentic relationships

8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Subject-matter expertise in Software Engineering, Mobile (iOS), Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity
Experience scaling startups or high-growth companies with evolving processes
Proven ability to partner with, guide, and coach hiring managers, interviewers, and senior leadership (VP+ and C-suite)
Expert-level sourcing capabilities using Boolean search, AI-driven approaches, and niche platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of structured, competency-based interview processes and recruitment process optimization
Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruiting process
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
Based near Ro HQ NYC with willingness to come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
