About the role
- Key role on Sales Enablement team creating compelling proposals and visually engaging presentations
- Craft persuasive proposals in response to RFPs tailored to nonprofit clients
- Edit and proofread materials for grammar, clarity, coherence, and persuasiveness
- Build visually engaging pitch presentations aligned with sales strategy
- Use storytelling and visual communication to convey complex ideas and maintain consistent voice, tone, and branding
- Coordinate with sales and project management to develop timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Evaluate and update sales enablement processes and contribute to sales strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, editing, copywriting, or a related field (preferably nonprofit or agency)
- Strong understanding of the non-profit sector (preferred)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with content management systems
