About the role

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing end-user assistance
  • Manage laptop and asset lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, inventory tracking, and refresh cycles
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the external Managed Service Provider (MSP) and ensure SLA adherence
  • Support office IT infrastructure including networks, printers, meeting room AV and security tools
  • Coordinate IT procurement, vendor management, renewals, and asset tracking
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues and escalate when required
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and ISO-related requirements
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers
  • Partner with global IT teams on system rollouts and continuous improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in IT operations or end-user support roles
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac laptops and endpoint management
  • Experience working with MSPs and third-party vendors
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking basics, and IT security practices
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
