About the role
- Perform a wide variety of activities across human resources functions
- Partner with managers on recruitment, selection, onboarding, and promotion of employees
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Administer the employee onboarding process and exit interviews
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and banking regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience
- Working knowledge of federal and California state employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis
