About the role
- Develop, plan, and execute annual and long-term commercial growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Identify and prioritize revenue growth opportunities across customer segments, products, and markets
- Own and optimize pricing models and commercial offerings
- Drive improvements in conversion, retention, and upsell through analysis, experimentation, and insight
- Partner closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to implement growth initiatives and embed commercial priorities
- Improve customer lifetime value through enhanced onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal strategies
- Track, analyze, and report on key commercial KPIs such as revenue and focus on lead generation.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership to support forecasting and decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial growth, strategy, sales operations, or marketplace environments
- Strong experience in lead or revenue optimization
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing
- Experience operating in data-driven, performance-oriented environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
- A proactive, structured, and results-oriented working style
