💰 $60,000 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- Proactively prospecting and cold calling new customers
- Managing existing accounts
- Selling various multi-channel solutions
- Sourcing and growing sales with new business
- Developing assigned territory by building and maintaining the Playbook
- Understanding customer needs and delivering customized solutions
- Negotiating and closing deals in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Attending auctions and meeting with customers
Requirements
- 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role, and a consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record
- Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred
- Experience in quota-driven sales required (Industry experience/knowledge highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships
- Competitive without sacrificing integrity
- Work primarily from a home office and on the road
