About the role
- Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound phone calls, email outreach, and CRM tools.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active buyers.
- Maintain a full sales pipeline, leveraging company-provided tools and processes to manage communication and follow-ups.
- Provide consultative guidance to buyers, helping them understand their equipment options and purchase decisions.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in identifying buyer needs, negotiating deals, and recommending equipment solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams including operations, logistics, and seller-side teams to ensure customer success.
- Manage your daily workflow, prioritizing tasks and prospects based on urgency and deal value.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or account management
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and hit quota-based targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative sales style
- Tech-savvy and experienced using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- High level of self-direction and time management
- Comfortable working within a defined workday (9am–5pm CST), while managing priorities and outcomes independently
