💰 $63,960 - $86,520 per year
About the role
- selling various multi-channel solutions
- sourcing, maintaining existing accounts and growing sales
- maintaining the territory playbook
- understanding customer needs and negotiating deals
- attend 4 to 6 auction sales each month within the region
- travel overnight approximately 5 to 7 days per month
Requirements
- 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role, and a consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
- valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record
- Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred
- Experience in quota-driven sales required (Industry experience/knowledge highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships
- Competitive without sacrificing integrity
- Work primarily from a home office and on the road
