Own the Shopify partner channel for Riskified: identify, recruit, and activate high-impact Shopify Plus agencies, developers, and integrators
Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders (agency founders, strategy leads, solutions architects) to make Riskified a core part of their recommended merchant stack
Drive measurable impact through partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; track, report, and forecast performance in Salesforce
Be the voice of the Shopify ecosystem internally — sharing merchant insights, product opportunities, and emerging trends with GTM and Product teams
Represent Riskified at Shopify events, ecosystem partner summits, and agency-led events
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market motions with Shopify partners, including enablement, co-marketing, referrals, and event activations
Requirements
Candidates must be based on the West Coast due to stakeholder locations
4–7 years in partnerships, business development, or agency-facing roles — ideally in eCommerce, payments, or SaaS
Track record of building and growing partnerships within the Shopify ecosystem
Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset; comfortable creating urgency and driving revenue outcomes
Experience managing a partner funnel: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and enabling partners
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills; can prioritize and move fast without losing focus
Excellent communicator — equally confident with an agency founder, a merchant C-level exec, or an internal product team
Self-starter with high integrity and low ego who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Bonus: Previous experience at a fraud prevention company
Bonus: Deep familiarity with Shopify Plus, agencies, systems integrators, or commerce consultancies
