About the role
- Support day-to-day client service by issuing certificates and Auto ID cards
- Review, process, and check policies, endorsements, audits, and quotes for accuracy and completeness
- Generate invoice requests and manage loss runs to support renewals and ongoing client needs
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, renewal materials, and loss summary analyses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system of record, documenting all client communications and policy activity
- Contribute to new business efforts and support firm-wide client retention goals
Requirements
- Entry-level position; ideal for candidates beginning a career in insurance brokerage
