About the role
- Serve as a dedicated resource for high-net-worth clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify risks
- Design and implement customized insurance portfolios
- Collaborate with internal and external advisors
- Proactively review and update client policies
- Educate clients on complex insurance products and trends
- Assist clients with claims processes
- Stay abreast of changes in insurance regulations
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Participate in business development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or relevant professional designation (e.g., CFP, CLU, CPCU) preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the insurance industry
- At least 3-5 years specifically serving high-net-worth or family office clients
- Active and valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Deep understanding of complex insurance products and structures
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications
- Ability to travel as needed
