About the role

  • Serve as a dedicated resource for high-net-worth clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify risks
  • Design and implement customized insurance portfolios
  • Collaborate with internal and external advisors
  • Proactively review and update client policies
  • Educate clients on complex insurance products and trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant professional designation (e.g., CFP, CLU, CPCU) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • At least 3-5 years specifically serving high-net-worth or family office clients
  • Active and valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
  • Deep understanding of complex insurance products and structures
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications
  • Ability to travel as needed
