About the role
- Ensure efficient and careful management of both new and existing client accounts
- Work closely with Account Directors and Client Services Director to ensure smooth running of accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on a day-to-day level
- Ensure clients know what Rise at Seven is doing for them week by week with clear action logs and task deadlines
- Input and support Account Managers or Directors in client meetings, keeping slides up to date
- Ensure effective collaboration between teams working on client accounts
- Showcase the work to clients, demonstrating the larger picture of SEO, PR, Content offerings, and more
- Identify opportunities for improvements, efficiencies, and growth for client accounts
Requirements
- Experience in an Account Management (or equivalent) role (3+ years of experience)
- Very organised, a killer at delivery plans and keeping check on project roadmaps
- Ability to monitor on time on budget across client accounts
- Skill in building and maintaining strong client relationships across manager level
- Attention to detail to ensure client reports are compelling
- Passion for digital marketing, SEO, and Content (including social media, digital PR, technical SEO, data, and insight)
- Ability to thrive in an exciting and fast-paced environment
- Capable of retaining accounts by providing clients with the attention they deserve
