About the role

  • Lead the US PR team alongside our VP of PR
  • Ensure excellent output and motivated team members
  • Support the development and training of team members
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Collaborate with UK and international teams
  • Ensure your team’s media output is exemplary
  • Develop media relations and outreach strategies

  • Manage client finances and billing processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in US agency roles
  • Experience working across a variety of sectors
  • Relationship-oriented with the ability to forge strong client relationships
  • Knowledgeable about clients’ businesses
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Inquisitive about the latest PR, social media, and content marketing tools
  • Understanding of the importance of delegation
  • Advocating for the analysis and evaluation of PR and social media campaigns
