About the role
- Lead the US PR team alongside our VP of PR
- Ensure excellent output and motivated team members
- Support the development and training of team members
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Be a Mavenlink expert and champion it within the PR team
- Collaborate with UK and international teams
- Ensure your team’s media output is exemplary
- Develop media relations and outreach strategies
- Inspire team creativity
- Keep abreast of industry trends
- Ensure all client & internal deadlines are respected
- Deliver written documents and communication with attention to detail
- Manage client finances and billing processes
- Act as a positive role model for your direct team
Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in US agency roles
- Experience working across a variety of sectors
- Relationship-oriented with the ability to forge strong client relationships
- Knowledgeable about clients’ businesses
- Keen eye for detail
- Inquisitive about the latest PR, social media, and content marketing tools
- Understanding of the importance of delegation
- Advocating for the analysis and evaluation of PR and social media campaigns
