About the role
- Manage the geotechnical engineering side of the Silverthorne office and staff; position has significant growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Prepare project-specific scope and fee proposals
- Manage projects from proposal development through completion
- Perform occasional construction site visits to identify issues and provide clients with workable solutions
- Provide mentorship to personnel at this location with varying degrees of supervision
- Perform engineering analysis to develop project-specific geotechnical recommendations
- Generate and present well written geotechnical studies
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in geotechnical/civil engineering or similar
- 4+ years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management experience
- Registered professional engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado or ability to be obtained within 3 months
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate in English
- Must have a valid CO driver's license, and acceptable driving record (per MVR)
- Proficient with Office 365
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report (per company policy)
