Controller

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, project costing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Lead the annual budget process, monthly budget-to-actual reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Establish, monitor, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure GAAP compliance
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, reconciliations, and collections
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making
• Coordinate annual audit activities and serve as primary contact with external auditors
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of federal, state, and local tax requirements
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with department heads to understand financial results and provide data-driven solutions to improve performance

Engineer

• Perform geotechnical/geological evaluations
• Perform and oversee field explorations and sample collections
• Perform engineering analyses and calculations including PVR Calculations
• Subsurface design, deep foundation, and global stability design and analysis
• Write, prepare and review proposals and review reports for projects of varying size and complexity
• Supervise and mentor work of other professionals, technical and support staff
• Demonstrate proficiencies in analysis including Geostudio, SLIDE, and VOLFLOW
• Follow safety rules and standards for all projects
• Engage in additional duties as assigned by supervisor
• Develop and maintain client relationships; lead project management and technical excellence

Senior Geotechnical Engineer

• Manage the geotechnical engineering side of the Silverthorne office and staff; position has significant growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Prepare project-specific scope and fee proposals
• Manage projects from proposal development through completion
• Perform occasional construction site visits to identify issues and provide clients with workable solutions
• Provide mentorship to personnel at this location with varying degrees of supervision
• Perform engineering analysis to develop project-specific geotechnical recommendations
• Generate and present well written geotechnical studies

Geotechnical Project Engineer

• Conduct and oversee geotechnical evaluations, field explorations, and sample collections
• Perform advanced engineering analyses and calculations, including PVR calculations
• Apply expertise in subsurface design, deep foundation systems, slope stability, and ground improvement methods
• Utilize engineering software tools such as Geostudio, SLIDE, and VOLFLOW for project analysis
• Prepare and review proposals and technical reports for projects of varying size and complexity
• Supervise and mentor engineers, technicians, and support staff
• Promote a collaborative and safety-focused work environment
• Share technical expertise to strengthen team capabilities
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and high-quality deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring technical accuracy and budget adherence
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
